Returns Policy

To return a product to us, please get in touch with us using the contact form and one of our team will respond to you to provide the next steps. You have 90 days to return a product to us from the date of purchase. Terms and Conditions apply.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and have packaging and tags intact.

We do not accept returns if the item has been taken out of the packaging, or tags removed.

We do not accept returns if they are marked/stained (I.e., deodorant, make up or fake tan etc).

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

Sensation Suite maintain the right to inspect all faulty products prior to agreeing to replacement.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges; however, a replacement item will be replaced free of charge, upon inspection of the faulty item you received. Evidence and further information about the damage may be requested upon initial contact to Sensation Suite (e.g. photo of damage). Failure to comply may result in no replacement.

Settlement of the finalised invoice for custom orders will become due upon submitting your custom-made order to us. Once you have agreed and confirmed you are happy to proceed with your order, our team will generate an invoice for you, and this will be sent to you electronically. Payment will then become due in full. Any custom-made orders will not be commenced by Sensation Suite, until all funds have been paid and cleared in full. This may include shipping costs.

Sensation Suite offer a one-year guarantee, whereby, should your product stop working, it will be replaced at no extra cost to yourself, within 365 days from the date of purchase.
